Zusammenfassung

NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist to deliver end-to-end fibre and wireless installations, coordinate with customers and vendors, and ensure service activations aligned with SLAs.

You will develop professional certifications, participate in CAT, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement in installation efficiency and vendor performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years in telecommunications with fibre and wireless service delivery.
• Experience managing end-to-end fibre, microwave, and wireless implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors, contractors, and field technicians.
• Strong understanding of fibre infrastructure deployment, site surveys, civil works, trenching, fibre splicing, testing and activation.
• Experience with wireless network installations (PTP and PTMP).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end fibre and wireless installation projects from order handover to service activation.
• Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements, feasibility, and risks.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, contractors and stakeholders for project delivery.
• Schedule and oversee installation activities, ensuring timelines and SLAs.
• Monitor vendor performance and address delays, quality issues or risks.
• Ensure H&S requirements and permits are in place before installation.
• Track wayleave approvals and third-party dependencies.
• Perform QA checks and validate installations against specs.
• Manage project documentation and handover records.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and coordinate with teams.
• Conduct CAT and facilitate service commissioning and activation.
• Provide regular status updates and escalation reports.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance installation efficiency and vendor performance.
