Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in telecommunications, fibre and wireless delivery.
• Experience coordinating and managing end-to-end fibre, microwave, and wireless projects.
• Strong understanding of fibre deployment including site surveys and activation.
• Experience with coordinating third‑party vendors and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end fibre and wireless installation projects from order to activation.
• Conduct site surveys, assess requirements, risks, and feasibility.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders for delivery.
• Schedule activities, ensure timelines and SLAs are met.
• Monitor vendor performance and address delays or quality issues.
• Ensure H&S requirements and permits are in place before installation.
• Track approvals, site access, and third-party dependencies.
• Perform QA and validate installations against specs and customer needs.
