Tensor Dynamics Solutions in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Technical Implementation Engineer to lead the integration and delivery of Huawei software products (NGBSS, BES, CBS, OCS, VAS, FinTech) across cloud and on-premises deployments.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, mitigate risks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful go-lives, with overseas travel required.

Role Description

Take charge of the integration delivery of Huawei software products, such as the NGBSS, BES, charging, VAS, and FinTech, in vertical, horizontal, and public cloud scenarios.

1. Take the role of technical implementation engineer in a single domain in a project. (TE, including deployment integration, business verification, system cutover, and integration configuration) Role, responsible for technical implementation and technical problem handling of delivery projects.

2. Execute and verify the delivery solution of a specific domain, such as the integrated deployment solution, data configuration solution, test acceptance cases and solutions, service and migration solution, and go-live-to-maintenance assurance solution, and complete the E2E delivery of independent modules.

3. Handle technical risks and issues during project delivery, obtain the customer's authorization for review and effective implementation, and identify and mitigate technical risks and risks in advance.

4. Summarize and accumulate technical delivery cases.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Integration and Continuous Integration for complex, distributed systems.
• Candidates should possess experience in Software Development and Embedded Software for telecommunications or networking environments.
• Candidates should possess solid troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving integration, performance, and interoperability issues.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with version control, build automation tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to support integration workflows.
• Relevant qualifications include a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Beneficial experience includes working with telecom infrastructure, data centers, IP networking, and RF or microwave systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are required.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in on-site technical environments and to adapt to evolving project requirements is expected.
• Service awareness at level 2 or above: Provide necessary services according to job responsibilities, understand customer needs, and achieve good customer satisfaction;

Work Experience - More than 3 years

Work Experience Description - Experience must be related to Huawei software service delivery, engineering, and maintenance.

Other experience in the IT/communications industry can be converted into 0.8.

Have worked as a technical engineer in at least three E2E projects for NGBSS, BES, CBS, OCS, VAS, and FinTech products.
