Job summary

EPI-USE Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to refine technical documents and in-product help content. You will improve clarity, fix grammar, and ensure alignment with branding and language styles. You will also coordinate translation projects with global linguists and agencies.

You will work with developers and other teams to keep documentation accurate, while using AI tools to speed up workflows and introduce new processes within an established team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or similar technical field
• Experience in technical writing/editing and proofreading
• Experience with AI tools to improve workflows
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across functions
• Exposure to software development/IT
• Strong English grammar and plain-language writing
• English as mother tongue is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Edit, write, and format complex technical manuals, software guides, articles, and related documentation
• Write clear technical content from rough software engineering notes
• Review and edit in-product help documentation
• Liaise with software engineers, consultants, and managers to create and update material
• Review, edit, and format other non-technical documentation as needed
• Ensure text matches our language style and branding
• Manage documentation access and storage
• Support AI-assisted workflows and translation/localisation efforts
