Job summary

At EPI-USE Labs, we create and refine technical documentation and manage translations for global users. You will edit complex manuals, write clear technical content, and ensure alignment with our language styles and branding. You will work closely with developers and other teams to maintain accuracy and quality.

The role includes coordinating translation projects with global linguists and AI-assisted workflows, while maintaining glossaries and style guides across languages and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM or similar technical field like Computer Science, or equivalent practical technical experience.
• Experience in technical writing/editing and proofreading.
• Experience with AI tools for improving workflows.
• Experience with software development and IT.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Edit and write complex technical manuals, software guides, and related documentation.
• Review in-product help documentation and ensure consistency with branding and language styles.
• Collaborate with software engineers, consultants and managers to update materials.
• Coordinate translation projects with global freelancers and agencies.
• Manage documentation access and storage.
