Job summary

EPI-USE Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to refine software documentation and in-product help across our products. You will improve clarity, accuracy and tone, work with developers and other teams, and manage translation projects for global users.

You will also apply AI tools to speed workflows and craft efficient, scalable processes. Role combines editing, writing and localisation with a focus on consistent branding and best practices.

Qualifications

• Impeccable English grammar and ability to write in plain language.
• Experience in technical writing, editing and proofreading.
• Technical understanding of software development/IT.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across functions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM/CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Edit and format complex technical manuals, software guides, articles and related docs.
• Write clear technical content from rough software notes.
• Review and edit in-product help documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and managers to update material.
• Review and format non-technical documentation occasionally.
• Ensure text aligns with language style, branding and formatting.
• Manage documentation access and storage.
