Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Technical Writing Specialist to produce and maintain technical documentation for software and AI platforms. The role collaborates with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clear communication.

The ideal candidate will craft API guides, user manuals, and developer guides, while upholding style guides and best practices across documentation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical documentation for software, APIs, or AI platforms.
• Proficiency in Markdown, HTML, or other markup languages for documentation formatting.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar documentation platforms.
