Job summary

Tracker South Africa is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning interventions across the business. The role will facilitate General and Product Knowledge training and drive programs that enhance performance, productivity and employee growth in line with business strategy and skills development requirements.

The incumbent will collaborate with leadership to ensure training aligns with sales objectives, drive improvements in learning

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR Development or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years extensive training experience
• Accredited Assessor, Moderator, Facilitator & Accreditation in Designing Learning Material
• Additional certification in sales training
• Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer
• Assessment and Moderation Principles
• Knowledge of needs identification and analysis
• Thorough knowledge of training-related legislation
• Ability to analyse business needs and formulate training plans
• Experience with web-based and e-learning platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and review training and educational programs for internal training
• Deliver sales training programs supporting sales objectives and business growth
• Conduct induction, product, systems, sales and refresher training nationwide
• Facilitate sales capability development to improve conversion, engagement and overall sales effectiveness
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides and enablement tools
• Review stakeholder training needs with business heads
• Partner with leadership to align initiatives with priorities and sales targets
• Assess training outcomes and drive continuous improvement
• Design learning program frameworks fit for purpose
• Research content with SMEs and align for the business
• Develop and implement training plans and source external programs as needed
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and adjust programs
• Moderate assessments to support internal moderation processes
• Collaborate with Sales to identify competencies and close gaps
