Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role, preferably remote.
• Proficient with Windows, macOS and Linux; solid networking knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for remote support.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) are advantageous.
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) preferred.
