Job summary

Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG is seeking experienced Sales Representatives across Gauteng, Cape Town, and KwaZulu-Natal, with travel within your region. The role focuses on promoting cleaning technology solutions to industrial clients and achieving sales targets.

You will build strong customer relationships, conduct on-site demonstrations, and drive growth for Kärcher’s professional range. This position starts from January 2027 and offers a competitive base salary with commissions.

Qualifications

• Three years of proven field and equipment sales experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a talent for building relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed annual sales targets for the Direct Professional channel.
• Complete a minimum of 25 face-to-face visits and at least 3 product demonstrations per week.
• Submit at least 10 quotes per week and maintain CRM records in OneView.
• Deliver and commission every machine sold and train customers on usage, with proper handover documentation.
• Maintain a competitive base with performance-linked commission and manage company assets responsibly.

• At least 3 years' proven experience in field and equipment sales.


• Matric is essential, a Sales Diploma or Degree will be advantageous.


• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.


• Excellent negotiation skills and a natural talent for building relationships and


• A valid driver's licence, with the responsibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.
