Job summary

Kärcher is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to drive growth across Gauteng, Cape Town and KwaZulu-Natal. You will build strong, lasting relationships with industrial clients, and show how our German-engineered cleaning technology can raise their standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

This role requires travel within your region and a proven track record in field and equipment sales. Join a global leader focused on sustainability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' proven field and equipment sales experience.
• Matric is essential; a Sales Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude and clear communication at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Valid driver’s license with responsibility to maintain company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow the Direct Professional channel.
• Identify new customers and demonstrate cleaning solutions on-site.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets and manage CRM records (OneView).
• Deliver and commission each machine sold and complete handover documentation.

Identify new customers and build relationships with industrial clients, offering cleaning solutions for every area of their operation.

Strengthen our brand presence and exceed your sales targets through expert consultation and compelling on-site product demonstrations.

It would be WOW if you bring this in

• At least 3 years' proven experience in field and equipment sales.


• Matric is essential, a Sales Diploma or Degree will be advantageous.


• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.


• Excellent negotiation skills and a natural talent for building relationships and


• influencing decisions.


• A valid driver's licence, with the responsibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.

Your WOW impact

• Achieve your annual sales budget and targets for the Direct Professional channel.


• Complete a minimum of 25 face-to-face customer visits and at least 3 product demonstrations per week.


• Submit at least 10 quotes per week and keep all customer information and activities accurately captured in our CRM system (OneView).


• Deliver and commission every machine sold, train the customer on its use, and complete all handover documentation.
