Job summary

Kärcher is seeking driven sales professionals to grow the Direct Professional channel across Gauteng, Cape Town and KwaZulu-Natal. You will build lasting relationships with industrial clients, demonstrate cleaning technology on-site, and drive regional growth with consultative selling.

The role includes 25+ in-person visits weekly, 3 product demonstrations, ongoing CRM logging, and handover with customers. A drive for excellence in a global company awaits with strong training and career

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' proven field/equipment sales experience.
• Matric is essential; a Sales Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for Direct Professional channel.
• Complete minimum 25 face-to-face visits and 3 product demos per week.
• Submit at least 10 quotes per week and maintain CRM records in OneView.
• Deliver and commission every machine sold; train customers on use and handover docs.
• Grow Kärcher's presence in the region with strategic account development.

• At least 3 years' proven experience in field and equipment sales.
• Matric is essential, a Sales Diploma or Degree will be advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a natural talent for building relationships and
• A valid driver's licence, with the responsibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.
