Bosha Placements is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Rustenburg to promote diesel engines and motor engineering services across the North West mining sector.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical mining sales, Afrikaans and English fluency, and a valid driver’s license. You will build client relationships, grow the vendor base, and report opportunities to management.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Rustenburg. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing the company as a local supplier of Diesel/Motor Engineering and Field services in the North West area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure company registration on all vendor lists of mining and industrial clients in North West
• Promote company services to new and existing customers
• Support products, divisions, and distributors to improve sales in the area
• Focusing on Diesel Engines/Motor Engineering and Truck Re-build
• Report leads, tenders, and opportunities to the Manager
• Maintain and update customer database
• Obtain competitor information and report findings

Requirements:

• Matric with English & Afrikaans proficiency
• Target-driven mindset
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience in mining
• Technical mining sales background with earthmoving equipment familiarity
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Valid driver's license
• Resident in Rustenburg region or willing to relocate
