About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and designers to define project scope and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience managing distributed or remote teams is highly desirable.
