Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to closure in a remote setting.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and QA engineers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives virtually.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adapting to evolving project needs.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks proactively, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across distributed teams using collaboration tools.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and manage project documentation effectively.

Requirements
