Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile methodologies. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA testers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all relevant parties, including senior management. Manage client relationships and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and project management, with at least 3 years in a technical project lead or management role. Proven experience managing full software development lifecycles (SDLC) in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong understanding of software development principles, programming languages, and architectural patterns. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative Hybrid work environment.
