Job summary

Motus Corporation in Germiston is seeking a seasoned Master Technician or Workshop Foreman to oversee dealer network technical support, both remotely and onsite, and to drive quality improvement across service processes.

You will define SOPs, prepare technical bulletins, lead specialist training during interventions, and collaborate with Customer Care, Warranty, AMQC, OEM engineers and regional/ global brand partners to resolve issues and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a Master Technician or Workshop Foreman.
• Preferred qualification: Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Or: Master Technician with Foreman experience.
• Broad understanding of the motor industry and legislation relating thereto.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to dealer network.
• Define standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Investigate and draw up technical bulletins for product issues.
• Provide specialist advice for value-added process improvements and services.
• Support Customer Care and Warranty departments and liaise with OEM engineers.
