Motus GWM seeks a skilled Master Technician/Foreman to provide both remote and onsite technical support across the dealer network. The role involves drafting SOPs, supporting warranty and customer care, and driving quality improvements through technical bulletins and case reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a leading technician role, with a strong understanding of motor industry regulations and a background in mechanical engineering. This position offers on-site work in South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Master Technician or Workshop Foreman
• Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Master Technician with Foreman experience acceptable
• Broad understanding of motor industry and relevant legislation

Responsabilités

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to the dealer network.
• Oversee Technical Hotline and drive cases to completion.
• Submit QIR reports to improve overall product quality.
• Liaise with Customer Care and Warranty departments to resolve cases.
