Job summary

Kurtosys Systems Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and technology talent. You will source candidates across channels, conduct interviews, and manage stakeholders while enhancing employer branding.

On-site presence is required during probation, then a hybrid work setup. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, run end-to-end interviews, and build a strong, sustainable pipeline for current and future

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting IT/tech roles, ideally SaaS.
• Proficient with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting across a range of interview techniques.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of how technical and business roles differ within an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through online channels — social platforms, professional networks, and technology-sector partnership communities.
• Run interview and selection processes end-to-end, including screening calls, technical/coding assessments, and video or in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates using resumes, portfolios, and track record, applying your own expertise in the roles you're recruiting for.
• Write job descriptions and design interview questions tailored to each role and aligned with our company culture.
• Lead employer branding initiatives alongside People Ops, Technology, and Marketing.
• Plan and deliver against quarterly and annual hiring forecasts by department.
• Maintain strong relationships with past applicants and potential future candidates.
