With 4+ years in recruitment for IT/Engineering and strong sourcing skills, you will balance remote work with in-office collaboration, advising clients on demand trends and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience focusing on IT and/or Engineering placements.
• Proven ability to source and recruit for niche technical roles.
• Strong understanding of IT and Engineering terminology, skills, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Engineering roles, from client brief to offer acceptance.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using advanced search methodologies, technical job boards, and networks.
• Conduct thorough technical and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients in IT and Engineering sectors.
• Provide expert market insights and consultation to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
