Job summary

Kurtosys, a global fintech SaaS provider, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for software engineering and technology roles. You will source candidates across channels, conduct interviews, and manage stakeholders while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Initial on-site presence at Claremont, Cape Town during probation, then moving to hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting IT/fintech/technology roles, ideally within SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and criteria.
• Source candidates through online channels and networks.
• Run end-to-end interview and selection processes, including assessments.
• Evaluate candidates using resumes and portfolios.
• Write job descriptions and design interview questions.
• Lead employer branding initiatives with People Ops, Tech, and Marketing.
• Plan and deliver against quarterly and annual hiring forecasts.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
