Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a skilled Technical Recruitment Specialist to lead full-cycle tech hiring, from job specifications to onboarding of software engineers, data scientists, network engineers and cybersecurity professionals.

You will drive advanced sourcing, conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews, and advise clients on market trends while partnering with hiring managers to optimize the interview process in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years' experience in technical recruitment.
Experience recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, network engineers, and cybersecurity analysts.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Strong IT concepts and programming knowledge.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and technical sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from understanding job specifications to onboarding new hires.
Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche technical talent, including leveraging technical platforms and communities.
Conduct in-depth technical screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability and skills.
