Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years IT recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven track record in business development and managing key client accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT landscape, including various technologies, programming languages, and IT roles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruitment consultants, setting performance targets and providing guidance.
• Drive new business development within the IT sector, securing high-value client contracts.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for critical IT roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet client demands and market opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
