Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead HR functions in Pretoria on-site. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, oversee the employee lifecycle, and mentor a team of HR professionals.

This role requires 7+ years in HR, with at least 3 in leadership, strong knowledge of SA labor law, and demonstrable success in talent management and employee engagement. Pretoria office offers a modern environment and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, and relations.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
