Job summary

Learning 4 Life in South Africa is seeking a results-driven Supervisor to lead teams and ensure targets are met within a 9-month digitisation project. You will monitor productivity, oversee workflow, and ensure compliance with SOPs and digitisation standards.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in IT, Law, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Arts, or Management with a master’s degree as an advantage. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to work shifts and weekends are required.

Contract Duration: 9 Months

Criteria

Relevant qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the role

• South African citizens aged 18–35 years
• Qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the applied role
• No criminal record and a clear credit history
• Physically able to handle and move document boxes (where required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Basic understanding of document handling and records management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required
