Job summary

Phetogo is seeking a Team Leader to guide and coordinate team efforts at Church Square, South Africa. The role focuses on driving targets, monitoring productivity, and delivering data-driven reports to improve workflows in a digitisation environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma with IT/administration fields and a Master's degree being advantageous. The position requires SA citizenship, shift work, and adherence to SOPs within a dynamic production setting.

• Physically able to handle and move document boxes (where required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required
