Job summary

Phetogo is seeking a capable leader to head teams responsible for digitisation projects in South Africa. You will monitor productivity, oversee workflows, and ensure targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards in line with SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma and relevant qualification fields (IT, Law, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Arts, Management & Administration); a Master’s degree is advantageous. You will develop reports, manage investigations, and build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• South African citizens aged 18-35 years.
• Qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the applied role.
• No criminal record and a clear credit history.
• Physically able to handle and move document boxes (where required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Basic understanding of document handling and records management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required.
