Qualifications

• Strong candidate sourcing techniques and platforms.

• Experience in sourcing/research roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Present profiles to consultants accurately.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS.
