Placements24 in Bloemfontein is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the sales recruitment desk, managing end-to-end recruitment for sales roles from entry level to senior leadership across diverse industries.

You will build strong client relationships, design sourcing strategies, interview for sales acumen and culture fit, and relentlessly pursue placement and revenue targets within a supportive, performance‑driven team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on sales recruitment.
• Proven track record of placing sales professionals at various levels.
• Deep understanding of sales methodologies and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles (B2B, B2C, channel sales).
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-performing sales candidates in Bloemfontein.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients seeking sales talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess sales acumen, experience and culture fit.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance on sales talent acquisition.
• Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets for the sales desk.
