Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team in Bloemfontein. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent, managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers, and shaping the company's workforce.

You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and monitor recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape and various technology roles.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hybrid work models and fostering inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical roles across various departments.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, database searches, and social media engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
