Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Talent Manager to lead talent acquisition and management in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the arts and entertainment industry.

You will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, implement retention strategies, and guide performance reviews and career development. A strong HR background and HRIS knowledge are essential, with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent management or HR with recruitment.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities
