Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking a Talent Insight Designer & Technical Lead to design and build HR analytics products across Talent, People & Culture, and business leaders. You will craft dashboards, reports, and insight artefacts, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Stories, Phenom People, Skillsoft, and SAP Analytics Cloud within Tier 1 HR applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, CS, HR or related field.
- Experience designing HR dashboards, operational reports, embedded analytics, data products or insight packs.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Stories and exposure to HR tech like Phenom People/Skillsoft/SAP analytics cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain operational data products within Tier 1 HR applications and related HR technologies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, embedded analytics, visualisations, and self-service reporting products.
- Translate requirements, KPI definitions, business rules, and user stories into analytics outputs.
- Validate data outputs, reconcile metrics, and support data quality resolutions.
- Educate business users on dashboard usage and analytics methods.
- Monitor usage and performance of analytics products to identify improvements.
