Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Talent Insight Designer & Technical Lead to design, build, and enhance operational data products within Tier 1 HR applications and the broader HR tech stack.

You will develop dashboards, reports, embedded analytics, and insight artefacts to help Talent, People & Culture leaders make informed decisions, using SAP SuccessFactors Stories, SAP People Intelligence, Phenom People, Skillsoft, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of dashboard design and embedded analytics in HR tech.
Experience building dashboards, reports and self‑service analytics.
Ability to translate requirements into analytics outputs and insight artefacts.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain operational data products within HR applications.
Develop dashboards, reports, and self‑service analytics for Talent, People & Culture.
Collaborate with analytics stakeholders to translate KPI definitions into outputs.
Ensure data quality, validate outputs, and document metrics and data sources.
Educate users on how to interpret dashboards and insights.
