Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Talent Insight Designer & Technical Lead to design and build HR analytics products across the Talent, People & Culture stack. You will develop dashboards, reports, and insight packs that help leaders make informed decisions.

The role requires expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Stories, SAP People Intelligence, Phenom People, Skillsoft, and SAP Analytics Cloud, plus data modelling and visualization skills. Collaboration with IT COE and business partners is essential.

Qualifications

Experience designing HR dashboards, operational reports, embedded analytics, or data products.
Experience building reporting or analytics products in Tier 1 HR applications.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Stories and exposure to SAP People Intelligence, Phenom People, Skillsoft, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar HR tech.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain operational data products within HR apps and related HR tech.
Develop dashboards, reports, embedded analytics, visualisations, insight packs, and self-service reporting.
Create dashboards covering talent acquisition, growth, learning, workforce planning, and internal mobility.
Translate requirements, KPI definitions, and business rules into analytics outputs.
Collaborate with analytics partners and IT to understand data sources, models, and constraints.
Validate data outputs, reconcile metrics, and support data quality improvements.
