Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Talent Analytics & Insights Business Partner to drive business engagement, analytics demand, and data quality across the Talent Analytics portfolio. You will bridge People & Culture stakeholders with IT Data COE, translating needs into data requirements and trusted metrics.

You will lead governance of talent metrics, support data definitions, and oversee reporting outputs, while coordinating with data engineers, product owners, and system owners to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or analytics product support.
• Ability to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with governance, data quality, and data privacy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement for Talent Analytics and Insights across HR stakeholder groups.
• Link between business stakeholders and IT Data COE for analytics and reporting.
• Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements for dashboards and insights.
