Job summary

The role requires experience with HR tech like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, and SQL, plus strong storytelling to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience designing HR dashboards and operational analytics.
• Ability to translate requirements into accurate analytics outputs.
• Proficiency with HR technology reporting capabilities (SAP/Snowflake).
