Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Talent Insight Designer & Technical Lead to design, build, and enhance operational data products within Tier 1 HR applications. You will create dashboards, reports, and self-service insights to help talent, culture, managers, and leaders make informed decisions.

The role emphasizes working with SAP SuccessFactors Stories, SAP People Intelligence, Phenom People, Skillsoft, and SAP Analytics Cloud to deliver actionable HR insights and ensure data quality and governance across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Industrial Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Certifications or training in SAP are desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain operational data products within Tier 1 HR applications and related HR technologies.
Develop dashboards, reports, embedded analytics, visualisations, insight packs, and self‑service reporting products.
Build insight solutions across talent acquisition, growth, learning, skills, workforce planning, mobility, performance, succession and retention.
Translate requirements and KPI definitions into analytics outputs.
Use SAP SuccessFactors Stories, SAP People Intelligence, Phenom People, Skillsoft, SAP Analytics Cloud and related HR technologies to deliver insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand how insights will be used and assist with data understanding and adoption.
