Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process from intake to offer. You will partner with our leadership to source top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy, acting as a brand ambassador and talent scout.

You’ll manage a warm talent bench, maintain a data-driven ATS pipeline, and coordinate across time zones from South Africa, Latin America, and beyond. This is a full-time, remote role suited for proactive recruiters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in tech/digital/creative fields is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
