Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will own the full cycle from intake with leadership through to final offers. You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa, and beyond, maintaining a seamless candidate experience that reflects the Blacksmith standard.

You will evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit, keep a warm bench of talent, and maintain a clean, data-driven ATS pipeline while keeping hiring managers in the loop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and data-driven pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
