This remote role supports Latin America and South Africa, requires 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting, and asks for a strong ATS mindset, cultural awareness, and exceptional communication to deliver a premium candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Ability to manage across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience for every candidate.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
