Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting for tech/digital/creative agencies, strong communication, and a data-driven approach using ATS workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high accountability mindset that does not need micromanaging.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
