Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and market intelligence skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition , recruitment, or a related HR field, ideally within a consultancy.

• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and interviewing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
