Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and job profiling to candidate sourcing, assessment and offer management.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external clients.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and ethical recruitment practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or a senior Recruitment Consultant role, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute complex recruitment plans.
• Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing ATS and other recruitment technologies to optimize processes.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
