Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.

About the Role

You will manage a team of recruiters, partner closely with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, and champion employer branding initiatives. Requirements

• Experience in managing and developing a recruitment team.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
