Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• A hands-on, self-motivated, and team-oriented professional with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment plans.
• Support local hiring needs by managing recruitment reports and data.
• Run day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the Cape Town office.
• Handle and run the site-level payroll process.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws.
• Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ATS.
• Serve as a point of contact for local employees.
• Promote a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Manage office facilities and workplace arrangements.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Fluency in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
