Job summary

Adcorp Group is seeking a Talent Coordinator for a 4-month contract in Gauteng. You will work within our Talent Acquisition team, spanning sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines while coordinating interviews and supporting a positive candidate experience.

You will engage with hiring managers, learn our recruitment processes and contribute to a diverse organisation. This role offers hands-on recruitment exposure across our business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing or a related role.
• Must come from a logistics, warehouse & distribution background.
• Experience sourcing candidates through online and offline channels.
• Experience conducting candidate screening calls.
• Exposure to building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Experience engaging with hiring managers and presenting candidate profiles or recruitment updates.
• A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand vacancies, role requirements and critical screening criteria.
• Source and engage candidates using job boards, professional networks, social media, direct sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and identify candidates aligned to role requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future semi-skilled and skilled hiring needs.
• Support targeted sourcing, market mapping and headhunting for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare candidate profiles, recruitment updates and market insights for hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure recruitment activities meet internal process and compliance requirements.
