Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a CONTRACT basis in Gauteng, Sandton. The role focuses on cost-effective recruitment, accurate role-candidate matching, and data-driven decision making to support business outcomes.

You will build cross-functional relationships, contribute to HR process improvements, and drive service excellence aligned with company values and standards, while managing risk in your area of responsibility.

• Match candidates to roles to prevent inefficiencies and financial losses due to turnover, supervision, or training.
• Compile reports that track progress and guide businesses to make informed decisions.
