Job summary

Freeway Management Systems in Goodwood is seeking a vigilant security operations professional for the control room. You will actively monitor sites and detect threats within two minutes using multiple detection methods, log and verify incidents, and dispatch security personnel while coordinating with response units.

You will also acknowledge alarms, monitor roadside and TMC equipment, and complete KPI-related admin timely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving security incidents.
• 3-5 years of control room, CCTV, surveillance, or security monitoring experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and detect threats to sites within two minutes of occurrence via detection methods.
• Accurate logging and verification of all detected incidents.
• Dispatching of security personnel and coordination with relevant response units during active incidents.
• Acknowledgement of alarms.
• Monitor, record, and report all roadside and TMC equipment malfunctions.
• Accurate and timely completion of all KPI-related administrative functions.

• PSIRA Registration & Call Centre certificate will be advantageous
