Qualifikationen

• Professional Architect qualification with SACAP registration.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience with a strong focus on sustainable design.
• Knowledge of green building rating systems and methodologies.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software and other sustainability analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex sustainability concepts.

Aufgaben

• Lead the integration of sustainable design strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct energy modeling, life cycle assessments, and daylight analysis to inform design decisions.
• Research and specify sustainable materials, technologies, and systems.
