Placements24 is assisting a progressive architectural practice in Benoni to find a Sustainable Design Architect. The role focuses on championing environmentally responsible design across Gauteng projects and leading green building initiatives.

You will drive integrated design, energy modeling, and selection of sustainable materials and systems, while guiding project teams toward certification goals and peak environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Registered architect with SACAP and 7+ years of architectural experience.
• Proven experience in designing energy-efficient and environmentally responsible buildings.
• Knowledge of green building rating systems and sustainability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Integrate sustainable design principles and green building strategies into projects.
• Conduct life cycle assessments and energy modeling to optimize performance.
